मुझे अच्छा लगता है जब कहीं बाहर जाते हुए वह मुझ से कहता है "रुको! मैं तुम्हे ले जाता हूँ या मैं भी तुम्हारे साथ चलता हूँ "
मुझे अच्छा लगता है जब वह मुझ से एक कदम आगे चलता है - गैर महफूज़ और खतरनाक रास्ते पर उसके पीछे पीछे उसके छोड़े हुए क़दमों के निशान पर चलते हुए एहसास होता है उसे मेरा ख्याल खुद से ज्यादा है
मुझे अच्छा लगता है जब गहराई से ऊपर चढ़ते और ऊंचाई से ढलान की तरफ जाते हुए वह मुड़ मुड़ कर मुझे चढ़ने और उतरने में मदद देने के लिए बार बार अपना हाथ बढ़ाता है -
मुझे अच्छा लगता है जब किसी सफर पर जाते और वापस आते हुए सामान का सारा बोझ वह अपने दोनों कंधों और सर पर बिना हिचक किये खुद ही बढ़ कर उठा लेता है - और अक्सर वज़नी चीजों को दूसरी जगह रखते वक़्त उसका यह कहना कि "तुम छोड़ दो यह मेरा काम है "-
मुझे अच्छा लगता है जब वह मेरी वजह से शर्द मौसम में सवारी गाड़ी का इंतज़ार करने के लिए खुद स्टेशन पे इंतजार करता है -
मुझे अच्छा लगता है जब वह मुझे ज़रूरत की हर चीज़ घर पर ही मुहैय्या कर देता है ताकि मुझे घर की जिम्मेदारियों के साथ साथ बाहर जाने की दिक़्क़त ना उठानी पड़े और लोगों के नामुनासिब रावैय्यों का सामना ना करना पड़े -
मुझे बहोत अच्छा लगता है जब रात की खनकी में मेरे साथ आसमान पर तारे गिनते हुए वह मुझे ढंड लग जाने के डर से अपना कोट उतार कर मेरे कन्धों पर डाल देता है -
मुझे अच्छा लगता है जब वह मुझे मेरे सारे गम आंसुओं में बहाने के लिए अपना मज़बूत कंधा पेश करता है और हर कदम पर अपने साथ होने का यकीन दिलाता है -
मुझे अच्छा लगता है जब वह खराब हालात में मुझे अपनी जिम्मेदारी मान कर सहारा देने केलिए मेरे आगे ढाल की तरह खड़ा हो जाता है और कहता है " डरो मत मैं तुम्हे कुछ नहीं होने दूंगा" -
मुझे अच्छा लगता है जब वह मुझे गैर नज़रों से महफूज़ रहने के लिए समझाया करता है और अपना हक जताते हुए कहता है कि "तुम सिर्फ मेरी हो " -
लेकिन अफसोस हम में से अक्सर लड़कियां इन तमाम खुशगवार अहसास को महज मर्द से बराबरी का मुकाबला करने की वजह से खो देती हैं

जब मर्द यह मान लेता है कि औरत उस से कम नहीं तब वह उसकी मदद के लिए हाथ बढ़ाना छोड़ देता है - तब ऐसे खूबसूरत लम्हात एक एक करके ज़िन्दगी से कम होते चले जाते हैं , और फिर ज़िन्दगी बे रंग और बेमतलब हो कर अपनी खुशीया खो देती है
मुक़ाबला आधुनिकता की इस दौड़ से निकल कर अपनी ज़िंदगी के ऐसे हसीन लम्हो का अहसास कर लीजिए .. .. ..

No disrespect is intended but will someone explain why we have iftar parties for the largest minority in presidents house when we do not have similar parties for other even more miniscule communities like the Parsis ? Does one blame the Muslims for this, No, in fact a great disservice has been done to that community by this unwanted attention. They did not ask for this,  it has been thrust on them and the result has been to earn them the ire of being a favoured community. I do think this govt will have done service to all communities of this nation by ending this practise and putting the country on the path of true secularism... the Muslims too will heave a sigh of relief.

Let me spell it out, I respect Christians as good hearted people who follow the teachings of the Bible, I have found it easy to be friends with them , I honour Jesus as a great prophet who pointed the way to God ; As for the church my opinion of it has changed in the last few years, from the benign entity of my childhood days it has shown me its true face of a venal organisation, poisoning the minds of good Christians, interfering in the affairs of state forgetting even Jesus teaching about rendering unto ceaser things that are of ceaser.

Delicious ! Why is the media shouting itself hoarse at the Gandhis & citizen Vadras mum for having used Delhi police security at the dear old ladies home over the last three years on the house ! Hasnt it always been the privelege of the dynasty to live off this country ? If this govt thinks otherwise why is the central govt not aware that the Delhi police, which works directly under it, has been deploying men at an unauthorised post for THREE years ! I'm afraid ignorance can not be an excuse since all uniformed bodies have something called a " Daily Manpower report" in which the utilisation of men is reported daily, and this report would have gone to some minister in the central govt EVERYDAY for three years ! Times Now wants to know who will pay this bill, the answer is clear, the bill must be paid by the central govt.
This brings me to an even more disturbing question. If this govt isn't aware of what is happening under its nose in Delhi does it not answer our oft asked concerns on its seeming lack of intelligence & inaction in Kashmir & the borders of Bengal ? For some inexplicable reason the only sphere of governance which interests this govt is Development alone.

As far as the security of the nation goes I give this govt 4/ 10 ... The 4 being for its lethargic efforts in procuring resources for the forces.

We the people of the country are so lacking in knowledge of the skulduggery the Ghandis have been upto in this country. I have always maintained that the Ghandis starting with Indira have made it a practise to keep the hindu as an underdog in the country starting with the emergency and the 42 amendment. The latest confirmation comes from the documentary evidence of the involvement of Chidambram in shielding terrorist ishrat jahan Sent to asassinate a politically inconvenient Modi.
Listening to the News X panel discussion this evening it transpires that the same Chidambram was the turning point in turning the Malegaon & Samjhauta cases on their heads, from a Pakistan terror strike to hindu terror. Both investigations were initially done by ATS Maharashtra/CBI and found to be the handiwork by pakistani/ simi terrorists, MKNarayan in two visits to pakistan handed over evidence to his counterpart complete with photographs of those involved. Then along comes Chidambram, brings in the NIA which does a new inquiry ( which it is not empowered to do as per SC) a confessional is extracted from Aseemanand under duress and presto suddenly Messrs Purohit & co are roped in and kept in jail for 8 long years Without charge ... You can guess why, because the courts would not have accepted the NIA illegality. So what do messrs chidambram do ? Take the easy way out, dont charge them, keep them locked up like ordinary criminals are in this country & just keep tom tomming about hindu terror... exactly what Baba Rahul did on his trip to the US. The FBI still continues to maintain Arif Usmani, LeT as the mastermind in Samjhauta.
Do we see the parallels in the Ishrat & Malegaon/ Samjhauta cases ? An Affidavit 1 claiming Ishrat the terrorist is changed to affidavit 2 Ishrat the innocent. And in the second, a terror strike by Pakistani terrorist is turned into Pakistani innocent/ Hindu terrorist. The hallmark of one master crook.

The question now is what is the govt going to do about this treachery in high places, My guess is nothing. Modis track record so far has been to make the congress lose face but he has done little to bring scam & treachery to court. I hope he proves me wrong.

JK jeep hostage issue

Since Gen Panag has broken the ethos let me pose a few questions to him on the hostage issue. About the Indian army never having had a defining moment like using a man as hostage since 1947, could he tell us if the army has faced defining moments since 47 where pelters obstruct the army from neutralising terrorists, situations where soldiers lives were lost since pelters were obstructing their evacuation? 

He makes a case that the video does not show any pelters as alleged by the officer, the question is who took that video and at what stage, it was obviously not taken by the team which was more intent on extricating itself. Panag fails to ask himself the question that if there were no threatening pelters what else could be the motive of the major in tying up a hostage ? Considering that no civilian lives were lost in the breakout what was this evil motive ? Is it lost on us that the major and his team was sent to extricate the election team from the village by some cdr who received an SOS ?
Lastly, Panag says if it had been him, he as army cdr would have announced the facts the same evening to the world. No sir, only a very foolish cdr would shoot his mouth on a case which has hit the political ceiling till he investigated the truth, which is what is being done by the army cdr now.

Panag also forgets the greatest damage he has done to the young leaders of the army, a damage which even our enemies have failed to do so far, he has struck a blow to the spirit of our young officers to surmount and overcome at all cost.
Sad story Panag, you should have stuck to the ethos instead of making browny points with those kids at the NDTV talk show...

The reason why our problem is compounding in the valley is because we are running away from it, if you run away from an animal it becomes bold and chases you down, that is what is happening here. The pellet gun is a humane alternative ( it injures) to a rifle ( it kills ) yet when they whine at us we start wringing our hands and going to pieces, and when they see us running scared they taste blood and run us dow all the more And we start buying " toy guns" When they obstruct our terrorist operations and three lives are lost they scream murder forgetting that they are obstructionists & accomplices, and we don't even screw the point into their heads ! When we use a man as a human shield thereby saving lives of soldiers AND stonepelters we allow the Abdullahs, Baigs and the media to shout us down while we are oh so polite and correct in our explanations ... When will we stop feeling guilty inspite of being the most humane army in the world, when will we stop running as a prey does from an animal ? Are we building things up to a point where our men will run amuck & kill out of sheer frustration AND that is the trap the other side is trying to get us into ...

It is a strange commentary on the American mind that thirty years after the fall of the soviets they still insist on carrying forward their suspicion and feud with Russia. If there is anyone to be suspicious of today it is America. No American visa for Modi ? ...well, screw them. That bunch of hypocrites placed no bar on rajiv gandhis visa after the 84 Sikh genocide but they find it necessary to do so to Modi. I look forward to the man becoming the prime minister just to see that toothless tiger america come sucking up to invite him to the white house.


... And so it happened

India was never far from intolerence, 1996 or 2017; a society with umpteen religions, umpteen castes & classes each wanting to have its say, each wanting its cake and eating it too ; AND this potent fermenting volatile brew being provoked daily by a political system which teaches indiscipline & intolerence can be nothing but intolerent. Its a hot bubbling melting pot of society, it was intolerent two thousand years ago when the Brahmins reclaimed the land from the Buddhist, it was intolerent for the next 2000 years again under the Mughal & English, and it is intolerent today when the Hindu reclaims his land from entrenched Abrahamic forces. One wonders if we will ever see the finished product of this brew, till then, social changes or intolerence, learn to live with it.

Will someone come out with a white paper on this dalit vs brahmin reservation dilemma ? On one hand we have Rohit complaining ( posthumously) about the brahmins depriving him his rights and reservations ( fully supported by Rahul Gandhi & co ); on the other end we have the Patel agitation which complains that so many reservations have been given to others and these have ended up leaving no job space to upper castes ( again fully supported by Rahul Gandhi & co ). There is now a controversy about the Aligarh muslim univ denying reservation to SC/STs ( the university being supported by Rahul G & co since the muslim votebank is larger than the SCs ). Is it not time some one at the top stood up to tell this nation that this whole reservation tamasha has turned us into so many monkeys dancing to the tune of these political madaris and this has to stop ! 

There are things which need to change. The reservation system needs to be applied to weaker sections only upto college beyond which the man must rise by his abilities, reservation beyond that is ending up creating mediocre doctors, engineers to play with our lives. There is also casteism in our offices where people should move up the ladder by virtue of ability, not caste, can one suggest an ombudsman type system in our places of work ? Second, the society needs to make deliberate efforts to do away with casteism. The government making reservations & programmes is not enough, the will has to come from within society and the Leaders & maharishis of hindu society need to start sermonising on encouraging such social change. Will some enlightened maharishi rise to the occassion ? Third, every aspect of our democracy has been subverted by our political class to perpetuate its existence. One would think that a state govt would treat all its citizens, dalits, brahmins, rich and poor equally without fear or favour, that is how democracy is expected to work, but this will not happen if we have politicians being elected by virtue of their caste leanings like Laloo, mulayam, mayawati. It speaks of the depth of perversion to which our society has sunk that Casteist Laloo receves more votes than Nitish the able administrator ! The political system itself needs to change, our multi party system allows any mafia don to start a party and exploit a segment of people as a votebank, maybe a political pundit could suggest a system more suited. The last person to suggest change was Indira Gandhi with her suggestion of a presidential form (with a two party system perhaps)

Someone needs to bell this caste cat, as things stand it is doubtful if a man big enough can be found from within our political parties to suggest this change, one would suggest Kalaam but Kalaam is gone , a wild guess would be the president...
Would it be beyond his duties to provide such direction ?
